Moving/Relocation

Please visit UCSC's Financial Affairs website to view the campus' Moving Expense Guide, along with the most current reimbursement forms.

Your start-up letter should indicate the amount of money you will have available to move. You can either move yourself, and submit receipts for reimbursement, or use one of the vendors with whom we contract via a purchase order. You must comply with UCSC move policy to be eligible for reimbursement. Please contact UCSC's Financial Affairs Department for further information: 831-459-4488 or newhirerelocation@ucsc.edu.
